After graduating she went on to work in the medical field for several years but after realizing she wanted to make a career change she went on to work in sales. Tra’e now works as a lending consultant for Citibank, she loves her job. It is such a joy to be able to provide people with the financing they need to make their dreams come true.
Tra’e attended Quincy Senior High School, where she enjoyed competing in track & field; she was very active in the 50 & 100 meter dash. Tra’e will attend St. Charles Community College in January, where she will pursue a degree in early childhood education. In August of 2002 Tra’e married her friend, her love, her soul mate Doug, a business owner & Entrepreneur (Of Madden & Madden Construction). The two of them now live in O’Fallon, Missouri, with their son (Richard Cole) and their two yellow lab’s (Max & Maui). Together they enjoy sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Tra’e & Doug are members of St Monica Church in Creve Coeur, Missouri, where Tra’e enjoy’s making meals for the homeless & served on the usher board. Tra’e participates every year in the March of Dimes walk to help raise money for premature babies. For Tra’e s platform she has chosen Adoption. She believes that it is our duty to encourage families suffering from infertility & single women and men whose wish is to become parents to make their dreams come true through adoption. There are over 127,000 waiting children in the united states alone to be placed in permanent homes. Nearly every state permits independent adoptions in which the birth parents directly place their children with adoptive parents. With more awareness, we as a community can help save lives. “ Please Save Our Children” |
